If you haven't checked your emails, the track returns tonight - Tuesday 15 September.
First race at 7:10pm - $3 per runner/$10 per family.
We have an all new volunteer team ready to learn the ropes.
All proceedings tonight will be in accordance with the CJC COVID-safety plan. The Committee may make changes to our procedures in future weeks as required to ensure the health and safety of all members.
Please note the following requirements with NO EXCEPTIONS:
• All runners must social distance at all times, no exceptions.
• The track is strictly - Get there, Run, Get Out!
• Registration/De-Registration Desk is STRICTLY contactless
• Cash Payments will not be accepted under any circumstances. New Member registrations must be completed online.
• Hand Sanitiser available on Registration Desk. Volunteers provided with PPE if they desire.
• Toilet facilities will be available however CCC requires us to regularly clean these facilities. CJC will supply anti-bacterial wipes and the rule will be – you use it, you clean it!
• Grandstand Seating to be used for bags/personal belongings only. No sitting. Members are requested to social distance personal belongings also.
• Only one parent/carer per Junior Member (Unless parents are both running).
• The attendance of non-running children is not permitted.
Please listen to all instructions from our Committee and be mindful of all other runners. Your cooperation will ensure that the track events can continue. Please do not put us in the awkward situation where we have to ask you to comply with these requirements.
