Hi Members,

With the Club Championship about to kick off and our annual 5km Handicap event this coming Sunday, I wanted to touch base and provide you with a few updates of what is going on at CJC!

Handicap Day Changes

We will return to on-the-day registgration. Registration will open from 6:45am and handicaps/start times will be available at this point. Please collect your barcode and place on the a-frame for collection after the run.

The $2 fee will once again be applicable. Payment is cashless via tap n run or you can EFT the $18 for all 2021 Handicap Events to the CJC account. (there is no fee for 5km or 10 Mile Events)

This year we will return to the alternated Staggered and Mass Starts each month, kicking off in February with a staggered start.

We will return to processing the results at Bradbury following the race and annoucing shortly thereafter. Please ensure that access to the shed is strictly limited to the results processor/s.

You must scan in via the NSW Health QR Code upon arrival at Bradbury - runner, walker, spectator, volunteer.

We will be bringing back Morning Tea on a trial basis on Handicap Days ONLY.

ALL OTHER COVID RELATED PROCEDURES REMAIN IN PLACE.

Normal Sunday Runs

We'll be bringing back the Run Maps and Run Briefing. Please be mindful of crowding around the map.

The Run Briefing is provided for your own safety. Please be respectful and listen to the instructions given.

Junior Cross Country

Will be returning for 2021 with the emphasis on fun!

Modified Course due to Lagoon Construction Works at Bradbury.

Contactless Procedures. Stay tuned for further updates from MIchele and Ted.

Eliminator 3000

The Eliminator will return to the track - the Second Tuesday of each Month - February to November.

Mount Annan Challenge Walk 2021

This event will be going ahead on Sunday 14 March 2021, with some covid modifications. We will require assistance from our Club Members on both Saturday 13 March for Set-Up and Sunday 14 March event day. Stay tuned for further details coming soon. If you have any questions please speak to Tom.

CJC Singlets Pre-Order

We have opened up a pre-order for CJC Singlets. We do have limited sizes in stock but will do a big order once pre-orders close on 7 March 2021. Any questions please speak to Cheryl.

Membership Fees

All Membership Fees are now OVERDUE. If you haven't already paid, please do so before your next Club Run. Help us avoid the awkward conversation where we have to chase you!

Going forward the Committee has clarified the membership categories:

Adults Members $25 (Members 16 years and Over)

Junior Members $10 (Members 15 years and Under)

Family Membership $55 (2 Adult Members and and any Junior Members)

April Handicap Date Change

Traditionally handicaps are held the 4th Sunday of each month - February - October however due to ANZAC Day falling on a Sunday this year, the April Handicap will be held on Sunday 18 April.
