Changes to track procedures due to Covid-19 virus...

Starting Tuesday night, until further notice, we are introducing the following changes to the Tuesday night track session: 

All track volunteers will be supplied with disposable gloves. 

We will be handing out disposable paper finish position tags. Once you have de-registered please dispose of these cards in the bin supplied. Under no circumstances hand these back to volunteers. 

We encourage all participants to “social distance”. Once you have registered or de-registered from your event, please move clear from the tables to help reduce our volunteers’ exposure. This also includes any young children that are at track. It is the parental responsibility to have them maintain an appropriate “social distancing” space. 

We will continue to monitor the government advice in regards to events our size. 

In the interim I would appreciate everyone’s help in making the sport we all enjoy as safe as possible for both our competitors and volunteers.
