We have opened correspondence with the ironman group who organise the event, to see if we can access our old camping spot this year.  Last year there were restrictions due to building works so we are hopeful for a better outcome this year.  We will be organising a bus as it was popular last year even though we couldn't have our usual after party picnic and massage.  A lot of people enjoyed the bus ride in, but made their way home on public transport (which is included in the entry fee) since there was no point hanging around.  That is still an option this year of course, but hopefully we will have something to enjoy after our 14K meander to Bondi this year.  We'll keep you posted!
