Staggered Start – Please ensure you social distance adequately at start line and while waiting for your start. If you are not warming up or setting up, please do not arrive early to stand around.
Clock Starts at 7:15am SHARP
Hand Sanitiser and Antibacterial Wipes will be freely available.
If you have any cold or flu symptoms please do not attend under any circumstances.
Attendance at this event should be restricted to participants and volunteers ONLY in accordance with COVID requirements.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
All participants must register online prior to the event via the CJC Website. There will be no on-the-day registrations.
Staggered Start times will be sent to all registered participants before the event. It is your responsibility to know your start time, any questions relating to times should be referred to the Handicappers.
ARRIVAL AND RACE START
With the knowledge of your start time, you may arrive after the clock commences. We do request that any member who arrives close to or after 7:15am parks closer to the Swimming Pools and is mindful or any runners who may have already commenced their run. Likewise, Runners must always be aware of cars and traffic.
We will have a volunteer calling out start times and marking off attendance as you commence.
FINISH AND DE-REGISTRATION PROCESS
Note changes to De-Registration Process:
- Runner receives actual Place Card for scanning upon completion.
- Runner proceeds to Volunteer who hands them their Name Barcode for scanning.
- Runner proceeds to De-Registration Desk and holds place and name card up for scanning/recording.
- Once scanned/recorded runner uses anti-bacterial wipes provided to wipe down both cards and returns to bucket.
RESULTS
The results will be processed away from Bradbury and announced online later Sunday afternoon. There will be no Presentation or Morning Tea at Bradbury Park.
VOLUNTEERS
We do still require volunteers to make this event possible. The CJC Committee have endeavoured to make this event as contactless as possible to avoid any risk to the health and safety of all members and volunteers. Please speak to Peta if you are available to assist.
