Clock Starts at 7:15am SHARP
Hand Sanitiser and Antibacterial Wipes will be freely available.
If you have any cold or flu symptoms please do not attend under any circumstances.
New Members Welcome - this is a qualifier for the Club Championship Series.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration will be on the morning at Bradbury, proceed to the Registration Desk to have your name marked off and receive your start time.
Registrations will open at 6:45am.
There is no fee for the 5km Handicap.
Please ensure you scan the NSW Health QR Code for Attendance.
After Registration Collect your Members Barcode from the volunteer and place on the old parkrun A-frame.
The key bucket will remain unavailable so please ensure you keep your personal belongings in your car and run with your key.
RACE START
Clock Starts at 7:15am SHARP
You are responsible for ensuring that you start at the correct time. We will have a volunteer calling out start times but ultimately this is your responsibility.
FINISH AND DE-REGISTRATION PROCESS
When you cross the finish line you will receive a place card. Proceed to the table to collect your barcode for scanning. Please stand back and wait for this to be handed to you.
Proceed to the de-registration table and show the place card and barcode to the volunteer at the desk. Please ensure you maintain an adequate social distance from the table and other members.
Clean both your barcode and place card with the anitbacterial wipes provided and return to bucket. There will be a separate table set up to do this.
RESULTS
We will process the results in the Shed (access to the Shed at this time is strictly limited to Results Processor/s only) and the winners will be announced shortly there after.
We will be trialling a return of our tea and coffee after the run on Handicap Days only.
VOLUNTEERS
We require volunteers to make this event possible. The CJC Committee have endeavoured to make this event as contactless as possible to avoid any risk to the health and safety of all members and volunteers. Please speak to Peta if you are available to assist.
