Teams are generated via the computer system on handicap.

Each Runner runs 1 lap of the 5km Handicap Course (slight modifications may be required to the start/finish area due to the ongoing construction works at Bradbury.

Please ensure that you register online prior to the event, we cannot accomodate runners who do not pre-register.
